Mazars GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our tax consulting practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to national and international clients on their tax organization and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Advisory Services: Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement in their tax processes and develop strategies to optimize their tax compliance.
  • Tax Compliance Management: Implement and maintain effective tax compliance management systems, ensuring clients are in compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize clients' tax processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to tax compliance and process optimization, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in tax consulting, organization management, or business process management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Language: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
