Job Title: IT Specialist in HR, Learning

Job Summary: Wir suchen eine erfahrene Person, die sich auf die Implementierung und den Betrieb von SAP SuccessFactors-Systemen spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte eine starke Expertise im Bereich HR Learning & Development haben und in der Lage sein, komplexe Projekte zu leiten und zu koordinieren.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementierung und Betrieb von SAP SuccessFactors-Systemen
  • Leitung und Koordination von komplexen Projekten
  • Erarbeitung von Anforderungen an Anwendungen und Systeme
  • Achtung der Einhaltung von Governance und Compliance
  • Technische Umsetzung und 3rd Level Support

Requirements:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich HR Learning & Development
  • Kenntnisse von SAP SuccessFactors-Systemen
  • Starke analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Cloud-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse von IAS, IDP und ChatBot
