Job Title: IT Specialist in HR, Learning

Job Summary: Wir suchen eine erfahrene Person, die sich auf die Implementierung und den Betrieb von SAP SuccessFactors-Systemen spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte eine starke Expertise in den Bereichen HR Learning und Development sowie Performance und Ziele haben.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verantwortung für die Implementierung und den Betrieb von SAP SuccessFactors-Systemen
  • Erarbeitung von Anforderungen an Anwendungen und Systeme im Rahmen von Projekten
  • Achtung der Einhaltung von Governance und Compliance
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Systeme
  • Bringinge von innovativen Ideen zur Verbesserung der User Experience

Requirements:

  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung und dem Betrieb von SAP SuccessFactors-Systemen
  • Starke Expertise in den Bereichen HR Learning und Development sowie Performance und Ziele
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Cloud-Technologie
  • Kenntnisse in IAS, IDP und ChatBot
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Wünsche und Ideen in technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen
