Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Entry-Level Sales Representative (gn) to join our team on a part-time basis (30-35 hours/week). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fashion trends, product features, and benefits.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting products and services to customers, and making recommendations based on their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing sales and customer needs.
