We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Ernsting's family, a leading retail company in Germany and Austria.
- As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing various sales tasks such as cashiering, restocking, and product presentation.
- You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with purchases and answering questions about products
- Processing transactions and handling customer returns
- Maintaining store displays and ensuring a visually appealing store environment
- Working with the store tablet to access product information and perform tasks such as checking availability and activating customer loyalty cards
- Requirements:
- Previous work experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail
- Passion for fashion, families, and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
