Electrical Engineer as Project Leader in the Field of Substations and Electrical Installations

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Leader in the field of substations and electrical installations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our projects in this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design substations, including primary and secondary technical components, as well as protection systems.
- Lead and coordinate all project stakeholders to ensure that the actual project progress is aligned with the planned objectives.
- Ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with our internal requirements regarding quality, compliance, occupational safety, environmental protection, and information security.
- Prepare and issue tender documents, specifications, data sheets, drawings, and layouts.
- Compare and evaluate bids/ tender documents against the project specifications.
- Review project documents, supervise construction, and accompany acceptance tests.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (Diploma or Master's degree).
- Relevant experience in the field of power transmission, particularly in substations and switchgear. Junior engineers with more than 2 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
- Experience in planning and constructing substations.
- Good knowledge of the European High Voltage Network.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Experience as a project leader is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20-25%) for international and national projects.
