Human Resources Coordinator for Logistics Services

At Recruitment Room, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator for Logistics Services to join our team in Hamburg. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for human resources management and logistics to take on important responsibilities in a fast-growing company.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual who can coordinate personnel planning, recruitment, and employee support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the applicant pool, creating employment contracts, and developing employee retention measures. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in MS Office programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personnel planning and management: Coordinate staffing levels to meet business requirements, taking into account economic and operational needs.
  • Recruitment and hiring: Oversee the entire recruitment process from selection to hiring, including interviews and selection procedures.
  • Employee support and development: Provide support to employees, organize training courses, and develop employee retention measures.
  • Administrative activities: Manage personnel files, draw up employment contracts, and report on personnel scheduling and deployment planning.
  • Communication and coordination: Work closely with internal departments and managers to promote business relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in human resources management or a comparable field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent written and spoken German.
  • Good knowledge of English.
