As part of DöhlerGroup's focus on people and growth, a structured handover with the current position holder is planned before he will move to a new internal role. This supports an effective onboarding and transition period.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the global health business strategy, including the product portfolio, business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation, and overall growth initiatives.
  • Define a sustainable, profitable roadmap to drive the business and revenue growth in line with customer requirements, while ensuring it aligns with DöhlerGroup's business value.
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers.
  • Drive innovation projects and pipelines through to commercialization.
  • Build strong working relationships with the product organization and internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and business challenges.
  • Support customer visits with the sales team and take on public appearances.
  • Communicate up-to-date portfolio updates on all media, including product portfolio displays within and outside the organization.
  • Ensure in-house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and positioning.

Your Profile

  • Successful track record in international product management focused on B2B Food & Beverage markets.
  • Minimum five years supervisory or managerial experience in a matrix environment required.
  • Proven technological knowledge in bioscience with a strong commercial drive.
  • Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably.
  • Strong customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experiences by creating a partnership mentality.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive business objectives while maintaining our company and people values.
  • Very good understanding of current talent management practices with a great passion for people development.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage change, and multiple priorities in a dynamic and ever-changing surrounding.
  • Willingness to travel globally between 20-30% of working time.
  • Fluent English required. German or other additional languages highly beneficial.
