Job Title: Head of Global Health Business

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to head our global health business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy, leading a team of product managers, and driving innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the business strategy for the global health business, including product portfolio, business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Drive innovation projects and pipelines through to commercialization.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and workflows.
  • Communicate portfolio updates and ensure in-house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record in international product management with a focus on B2B Food & Beverage markets.
  • Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience in a matrix environment.
  • Proven technological knowledge in bioscience with a strong commercial drive.
  • Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably.
  • Strong customer mindset with the ability to engage directly and honestly with customers.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and drive business objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
