Role Overview

At Dentsu, enhancing customer experience is our primary focus.

We are seeking to expand our Cloud Solutions team with a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who can drive innovation and develop functional systems that elevate customer experience.

If you possess a solid background in Cloud Computing and are enthusiastic about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the software development lifecycle, we are eager to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and oversee cloud infrastructure solutions utilizing leading public cloud platforms.
  • Create and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management strategies.
  • Introduce automation to enhance performance, scalability, and security while minimizing manual tasks.
  • Design, develop, and refine Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines to expedite development cycles and ensure dependable releases.
  • Develop cost-effective solutions and services, ensuring value is measured, tracked, and realized at critical delivery points.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting solutions for improved visibility and rapid incident recovery.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and minimize customer incidents.
  • Create tools and processes to enrich team and customer experiences.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for products, processes, and tools.
  • Assist software engineers in adhering to the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Foster effective communication with cross-functional teams, serving as a key stakeholder in project decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, offering strategic insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing solutions in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for medium to large-scale applications.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in managing Windows or Linux server environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: Bash, Python, JavaScript, Go, Java.
  • Expertise in automation using at least one configuration/deployment management tool such as Ansible or Terraform.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
  • Proven experience in integrating monitoring and alerting tools, including Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, and ELK.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, optimize, and scale CI/CD frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of security and networking principles in a cloud-native environment.
  • Experience in an Agile, fast-paced, DevOps setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adeptness at troubleshooting complex issues.
  • A curious mindset and an open approach to exploring innovative solutions.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, actively listen, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills for efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Core Skills: AWS, Linux or Windows Server, Python or Bash, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog or ELK, CI/CD (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket)
