Role Overview

At Dentsu, enhancing customer experience is our primary focus.

We are seeking to strengthen our Cloud Solutions team with a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who can innovate and develop systems that elevate customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and oversee cloud infrastructure solutions utilizing leading public cloud platforms.
  • Develop and execute infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management strategies.
  • Implement automation to enhance performance, scalability, and security, minimizing manual processes.
  • Create, refine, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines to expedite development cycles and ensure dependable releases.
  • Design cost-effective solutions and services, ensuring value is assessed, monitored, and achieved at critical delivery milestones.
  • Establish and implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting systems for improved visibility and quicker incident recovery.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to boost efficiency and decrease customer incidents.
  • Develop tools and processes that enhance team and customer experiences.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for products, processes, and tools.
  • Assist software engineers in adhering to the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Foster effective communication with cross-functional teams, serving as a key stakeholder in project decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, providing strategic insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing solutions in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for medium to large-scale applications.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in managing Windows or Linux server environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: Bash, Python, JavaScript, Go, Java.
  • Expertise in automation using at least one configuration/deployment management tool such as Ansible or Terraform.
  • Familiarity with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
  • Proven experience integrating monitoring and alerting tools like Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, and ELK.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, optimize, and scale CI/CD frameworks and tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of security and networking principles in a cloud-native environment.
  • Experience in an Agile, fast-paced, DevOps setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • A curious mindset and openness to exploring innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to listen actively and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for efficient teamwork across departments.

Core Skills: AWS, Linux or Windows Server, Python or Bash, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog or ELK, CI/CD (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket)
