Your RoleAs a Brand Management Intern, you will be part of our multi-functional teams, working with passionate and inspiring people to create irresistible, meaningful, and sustainable brand experiences for our consumers. You will receive your own projects from Day 1, contributing to the team and business you are working in.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics to build on consumer, shopper, and customer insights.
- Pilot campaigns on new social media platforms and establish new sustainability initiatives.
- Work with diverse groups of people, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- Make complex decisions using all available data, confident in using your gut feeling and instinct.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results.
- Availability for a duration of 3-6 months.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Brand Management.
- Proficiency in English and German (B2).
