Customer Service Representative

We are expanding our fleet and seeking a Customer Care Agent to strengthen our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently.
Your Mission- You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support.
- You will assist customers with ongoing rental, vehicle functions, and payment options.
- You will take inquiries by phone, chat, and email and resolve them promptly during your shifts.
- You will be efficient in finding solutions to provide the best possible outcome.
- You will filter important information and provide detailed reports/feedback to your colleagues and other teams.
- You will prioritize accuracy and quality in your work to provide high-quality service.
- You are a problem solver and enjoy assisting customers in need.
- You are communicative and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are familiar with customer support software and have working proficiency in German, Dutch, French, and English.
- You have a positive attitude and a desire to help our customers.
- You are empathetic and enjoy delivering a great customer experience.
- Salary: Earn a gross monthly salary of €2,370.00, complemented by monthly performance-based bonuses and additional pay for Sunday, night, and holiday shifts.
