Key Responsibilities

As HR People Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical and administrative personnel-related matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing payroll, creating employment contracts, and generating relevant documents
  • Maintaining accurate HR master data and ensuring personnel files are up-to-date
  • Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, ensuring a seamless transition
  • Participating in applicant management and recruiting processes
  • Providing comprehensive support in all HR areas, including correspondence with employees and managers
  • Maintaining and revising Excel evaluations, as well as performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed administrative training, preferably with additional qualifications in human resources or a comparable field
  • Relevant work experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of labor, tax, and social security law
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels and maintain discretion
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and structure your tasks effectively
  • High levels of self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, with confident handling of MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
