GULP – experts united is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Project Lead to join their team in Bremen, Hamburg, or Hanover. As a permanent employee of our client company, you will be responsible for managing electrical systems projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and significant experience in project management, including cost structure handling, deadlines, regulations, and standards. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP is also essential. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required.

This attractive permanent position offers a competitive salary of 80,000 - 110,000 EUR per year, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The job includes targeted placement with decision-makers, appreciative support throughout the process, precise briefing on the position and client, and implementation according to budget, quality, and deadlines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project management in electrical systems for conversion, new construction, and refurbishment
  • Supervision of the entire project process from initial draft to commissioning and handover
  • Responsibility for implementation in line with budget, quality, and deadlines across all HOAI service phases
