About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at EQOS Energie. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-voltage engineering projects in the North German region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

About You

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
