Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of annual marketing strategies and plans for our Lotus and Natural Foods brands in the German market.
- Define and implement brand standards that articulate the Lotus brand proposition and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, POS activation, and content support on Amazon.
- Collaborate with Category Development to define and monitor key performance indicators and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Lead and motivate a local marketing team with 2 direct reports.
- Cross-functional alignment with key departments, including Category Development, central functions, and external agencies.
- University degree in economics, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in social media campaign implementation and activation.
- Profound conceptual and analytical skills to identify and lift the right potentials with clear measurement of success.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Strong team player with approachable, proactive, positive, and strong communication skills.
- Passion for building and emotionalizing our brands and becoming a brand ambassador.
- Strong drive with hands-on mentality.
- Ambitious to take initiative, develop new ideas, and follow up to ensure excellence in execution.
