We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Founders' Associate Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic development of our stealth startup fund.

About the Role

As a Founders' Associate Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Project-managing various processes end-to-end, including recruiting, acquisition, and fundraising
  • Developing financial models with the support of our specialists
  • Performing research on target customers, competitive landscape, product specifications, and more
Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a track record of over-delivering and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Work experience in demanding environments like investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startups
  • Passion for private equity and M&A
  • Strong analytical, research, and business development skills with a hands-on mentality
  • High fluency in Microsoft Office
  • Deep interest/background in tech startups
  • Experience conducting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, etc.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Positive, structured, and driven young leader
  • Studied/studying at a top-tier university, ideally with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, or a related field
  • High fluency in English & German
  • Ability to commit to at least a 6 month full-time internship or longer-term working student position
