Job Title: CX Research Manager

AVIV Group is seeking a highly skilled CX Research Manager to drive our CX Research strategy and lead a team of 5-6 CX Researchers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the CX Research team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Develop, implement, and evolve a comprehensive CX research strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Deliver a range of global and local tracking studies, including NPS, PVM, and Brand tracking
  • Confidently solve complex problem areas with strategic projects and programmes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the CX Research team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience research, with a proven track record of leading and managing research projects
  • Strong background in quantitative research, including survey design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in research tools and software, particularly Qualtrics
