Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at AGILIOS Personal GmbH. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products

  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste

  • Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless production process

  • Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination, logistics, or supply chain management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve production issues

  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly

  • Fluent in English, with ability to communicate effectively with international teams

  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain high-quality standards

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
