Industrial Mechanic - 3D Printing Specialist

AGILIOS Personal GmbH is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Mechanic to join our team specializing in 3D printing within the aerospace industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects at AIRBUS Helicopters Deutschland GmbH.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate DMU 3-/5-axis machines with precision, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Manufacture complex tools and components for product design using advanced machining techniques.
  • Utilize various machining methods including drilling, grinding, turning, and milling to create precise parts.
  • Independently program 3- or 5-axis components, demonstrating proficiency in CNC software.
  • Actively participate in special projects and workshops, expanding your knowledge and skills.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed technical vocational training in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or manufacturing technology.
  • Proven experience operating NC/CNC machines, ideally within the aerospace or automotive sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of 3-axis or 5-axis milling machines and CNC software applications.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and aircraft component manufacturing processes.
  • Basic English language skills and a willingness to work flexible shifts.
  • A structured, meticulous, and results-oriented approach to your work.
  • Strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.
