About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Researcher to join our team at FactFinder Holding GmbH. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to improve AI performance and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative machine learning models to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our product discovery platform
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI models and provide actionable insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation
  • Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on AI-related projects
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in AI research and data science
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD is an advantage)
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Experience with big data technologies and platforms for data storage and processing
  • High degree of independence and excellent collaboration skills
