About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Researcher to join our team at FactFinder Holding GmbH. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to improve AI performance and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative machine learning models to enhance AI-driven functionality in product discovery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our product
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI models and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze and benchmark different approaches, tools, and databases tailored to product discovery
  • Provide operational guidance on cloud and hardware resources needed
  • Mentor junior researchers and scientists
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in AI research and data science
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD is an advantage)
  • Passionate about AI and data science
  • Extensive experience in machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools
  • Substantial experience in at least one programming language
  • Substantial experience with big data technologies and platforms for data storage and processing
  • High degree of independence and excellent analytical skills
