Business Development Manager for Machinery and Fleet

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our machinery and fleet operations, ensuring seamless procurement and logistics processes, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to optimize machinery and fleet management, reducing costs and improving efficiency
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of our machinery and fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
- Proven experience in machinery and fleet management, procurement, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
