Be Part of Our HR Team

As a HR Generalist, you'll support the HR Manager in implementing all HR-related goals and measures. You'll know all internal processes in the HR department, support HR specialists when needed, and have a good overview of current topics. You'll know and follow labor regulations and company guidelines.

Your tasks will include:

  • Working on the complete employee lifecycle
  • Working with the works council
  • Responsibility for young talents (apprenticeship, students, young graduates)
  • Being a Training Leader and responsible for development and training activities
  • Support in HR reporting
  • Company integration management (BEM)
  • Other projects

We're looking for someone with:

  • Studies (Dipl./Master) in business administration with a focus on labor law or comparable
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist role in a manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, works constitution and social security law
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Persuasion, assertiveness, personal responsibility
  • Very good communication skills, high stress resistance and resilience
