Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure seamless execution of HR processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and social security regulations
  • Provide training and development opportunities for young talents, including apprentices, students, and young graduates
  • Support HR reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to company integration management and other projects

Requirements:

  • Studies in business administration with a focus on labor law or comparable
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist role in a manufacturing industry
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Persuasion, assertiveness, personal responsibility, and excellent communication skills
