Role Summary:

As a Software Application Specialist, you will play a central role in the technical and content-related support of our self-hosted and SaaS applications provided by various vendors.

Your expertise ensures that our applications operate smoothly and meet the highest standards. In the future, you will take the lead of a small team responsible for application support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and limited content-related support for self-hosted and SaaS applications
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure applications meet user requirements
  • Monitor application performance and ensure availability
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Assist in the further development and optimization of applications
  • Document application processes and systems
  • Take on a leadership role in a small team responsible for application support

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • At least 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role
  • Deep knowledge in the technical support of applications, both self-hosted and SaaS solutions
  • Experience collaborating with various departments
  • Basic knowledge of IT security standards and best practices
  • Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role
