SaaS Procurement Specialist Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced SaaS Procurement Specialist to join our team at Sastrify. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll play a crucial role in managing all operational SaaS procurement activities on behalf of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric Procurement: Develop and execute procurement strategies that meet customer objectives and priorities.
  • Purchasing Activities: Research, select, benchmark, negotiate, and purchase SaaS solutions based on client requirements.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with vendors to achieve desired outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular benefits reports to customers, including achieved savings and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in using different procurement tools and systems.
  • Outstanding English language skills, with fluency in German and additional languages a plus.
