Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our rail systems.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing the risk of accidents or incidents.
- Conduct cost reduction analyses, supporting sourcing and industrial initiatives to optimize material and part consumption.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and processes from maintenance plans and manuals.
- Analyze technical performances and maintenance plan efficiency, promoting action plans to improve them.
- Establish and follow standardized fleet reliability improvement plans, proactively monitoring fleet KPIs and promoting improving actions.
- University degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in rolling stock equipment & maintenance.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Proficient in MS Office and CATIA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
