Your Future Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Documentation and Training Specialist to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and piloting the creation of maintenance documentation, coordinating input data, and ensuring standardization of technical content. You will also support and implement projects and innovation processes related to maintenance documentation and organize customer trainings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and pilot the activities for the creation of maintenance documentation in line with project and customer requirements
- Coordinate input data necessary for the creation of maintenance documentation, including sub-supplier input
- Ensure a high level of standardization of technical content to optimize re-use
- Support, implement, and manage projects and innovation processes in terms of maintenance documentation
- Organize customer trainings, including planning, coordination of training material preparation, and logistic organization
Requirements
- Engineering degree and/or qualification as a technical writer
- Experience in the railway industry, especially railway vehicle maintenance
- Business fluent in English and German
- Readiness to travel
- SAP, XML/HTML knowledge desirable
