Heavy Machinery Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Serviceberater (m/w/d) Baumaschinen to join our team at Schlüter Baumaschinen GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the heavy machinery industry.

• Conduct continuous market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the heavy machinery sector.
• Regularly visit clients to evaluate their needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
• Proactively sell heavy machinery, service, and spare parts to clients on-site.
• Identify potential markets and opportunities for service and spare parts sales.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor comparisons to stay ahead of the competition.
• Inspect and test heavy machinery and components to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Assess and repair damaged or faulty machinery and components.
• Coordinate and manage customer-specific service operations.
• Proactively sell service contracts to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.

• Completed training as a Baumaschinenmechaniker/-mechatroniker or equivalent qualification.
• Desirable: qualified further education (e.g. Meister, Techniker, Technischer Betriebswirt etc.).
• Experience in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
• High affinity for sales.
• IT skills (MS-Office/ERP).
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
• Strong determination, attention to detail, and discipline.
