Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough HSE audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective measures to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in HSE practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk analysis and assessment, and provide expert guidance on HSE matters.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HSE policies, procedures, and records.
  • Represent the company in external forums, such as with regulatory bodies, customers, and industry associations, to promote our HSE commitment and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of success in HSE roles, with a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
