About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our HSE department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing group-wide standards on chemical safety, monitoring legal requirements, and advising business groups and locations on chemical safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement group-wide standards on chemical safety
- Monitor legal requirements and provide recommendations for action
- Advise business groups and locations on chemical safety and regulatory compliance
- Carry out audits at group locations
- Develop and conduct training on chemical safety and related topics
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on chemical safety issues
Requirements:
- University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or natural sciences with a chemical focus
- At least five years of professional experience in the required field
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legal and technical regulations
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English
