Sales Backoffice Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our sales team in the backoffice. As a Werkstudent (m/w/d) Sales Backoffice, you will be responsible for managing B2B orders, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: You will be responsible for processing B2B orders in our Warenwirtschaftssystem.
- Customer Support: You will respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate records and ensure that data in our CRM is up-to-date.
- Supporting the Sales Team: You will provide administrative support to our sales team, including preparing sales materials and sending samples.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
- You are organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You have a positive attitude and are able to work independently.
