Senior B2B Team Manager Italy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Italian B2B team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of account managers, technical account managers, sales managers, and lead managers.
You will be responsible for creating a culture of trust and ensuring that your team is motivated to achieve their objectives and key results. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with e-commerce trends and market developments, and for shaping the inventory plans for your country and idealo's strategy.
You will report to the Head of B2B International and will work closely with the Country Manager for Italy, as well as the Content and Marketing teams.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in the B2B area within the e-commerce industry or performance marketing field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent Italian language skills (C2 level) and fluent English skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce (CRM), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
