Aufgaben

Als Scrum Master bist du verantwortlich für die Durchsetzung des Scrum-Frameworks und die Moderation der Aktivitäten im Scrum-Prozess. Du sorgst für effektive Meetingabläufe und bist für die Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen im Team zuständig.

Qualifikation
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, technisches Hochschulstudium, z. B. Informatik oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Kunden
  • Kenntnisse in der Ressourcenplanung
  • Beherrschung moderner Technologien wie C++, Qt, JavaEE
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement nach agilen Methoden
  • Hohe Empathie im Umgang und in der Steuerung von Teams
  • Selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprachliches Niveau ab C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
