About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Manager to join our Fabrics Quality Team in Putzbrunn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our existing products and influencing the quality of new products through collaboration in development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality of our products throughout the entire supply chain
  • Translate customer specifications into internal product specifications and monitor product quality performance
  • Utilize quality tools for root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Analyze quality performance data for commercial products
  • Support internal and supplier audits
  • Collaborate with R&D, Laboratory, Product Specialists, Applications Engineers, Supplier Quality Manager, and Production technicians
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in fabrics/textiles or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of color measurement and assessment is a plus
  • Proficiency in quality tools
  • Analytical and methodical thinker with strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and collaborative manner
  • Ability to drive operations
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
