DSJ Global is seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Contract Manager MRO to join its team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for managing a portion of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) category, working on strategic projects and identifying new opportunities for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for MRO parts, materials, and services, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of MRO contracts, from negotiation to renewal, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all contracts align with the company's requirements, including compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Implement supplier performance programs to ensure quality and efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and reduce costs, fostering strong relationships and mutual benefits.
  • Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and strategy development, providing data-driven insights to drive business growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement, ensuring the procurement function is aligned with business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • A solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and the whole contract management lifecycle, with experience in the Aircraft manufacturing sector or MRO category.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to negotiate and work at a professional level in English.
