Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager for Germany to lead our marketing efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, focusing on the B2B segment.

You will collaborate closely with product marketing, SEO, digital marketing, CRM, demand generation, sales, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Your project management skills will enable you to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

You will analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs. Your creative and analytical approach to marketing will continuously explore new channels and tactics to engage our target audience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, focusing on the B2B segment.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, SEO, digital marketing, CRM, demand generation, sales, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Manage projects rigorously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results, while coordinating with both local and central teams for localization and alignment with global initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs.
  • Foster a creative and analytical approach to marketing, continuously exploring new channels and tactics to engage our target audience.
Requirements
  • High level of proficiency in German and English (French, Spanish, or Italian would be a plus).
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the German market, preferably within the SaaS, fintech, or similar B2B business models.
  • Top-notch project management skills, enabling you to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing across various channels and proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, making you a master at stakeholder management, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Creative, analytical, and always looking for innovative ways to engage with your audience.
