We are looking for a Marketing Strategist for Germany to spearhead the execution of innovative marketing initiatives and strategies, ensuring Penta becomes the preferred financial solution for SMEs and freelancers in the region.

With the guidance of Zuzanna, our experienced Marketing Lead, you will drive our marketing initiatives, significantly influencing our growth in Penta's most rapidly growing market.

This crucial role demands a high level of proficiency in both German and English to effectively strategize and communicate our mission.

As a Marketing Strategist at Penta, you will:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns specifically designed for the German market, concentrating on the B2B sector.
  • Work closely with product marketing, SEO, digital marketing, CRM, demand generation, sales, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Rigorously manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes, while coordinating with both local and central teams for localization and alignment with global strategies.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure ongoing enhancement and achievement of performance metrics.
  • Encourage a creative and analytical mindset in marketing, consistently exploring new channels and methods to engage our target audience.

Languages: You possess a high level of proficiency in German and English (knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian would be advantageous).

Project Management: Your project management abilities are exceptional, enabling you to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.
