Nanographic Printing Press Specialist

Job Title: Field Service Engineer, Germany

Landa Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Germany. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring the optimal performance of our Nanographic Printing presses.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to travel to customers' sites, including overnight trips, and work under remote supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer technical knowledge to press operators to resolve on-site technical issues
  • Escalate complex issues to Landa's worldwide teams to ensure optimal and effective treatment of customer issues
  • Harness technical knowledge on the technical aspects of the presses to maximize both press production and productivity

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work under remote supervision and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, working with global customers and colleagues
  • Excellent self-learning capabilities and ability to deepen knowledge of existing systems, technologies, and products
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic workplace
  • Clear and effective English communication skills
  • Experience in product support in the graphic arts industry for digital printers or offset presses
  • Experience in inkjet systems - an advantage
  • End to end, highly-skilled technical capabilities and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Local language conversation level skills (German)
  • Additional languages conversation level skills - an advantage
  • Valid driving license
