About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Data Expert to join our Corporate Bank team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our ESG Client Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving our ESG strategy and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ESG Data and AI expertise to support clients in their ESG data and AI-led business model transition
  • Collaborate with Coverage bankers to advise and support clients on ESG data and AI matters
  • Contribute to the development of tailored products for clients and support product teams in their work
  • Act as a subject matter expert in ESG data and AI, monitoring market and regulatory developments and translating them into client presentations
  • Prepare strategic initiatives and growth topics, contributing to the adaptation of our business models and monitoring and realization of agreed deliverables

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in technology, digitization, innovation, and AI, with a degree in related studies
  • IT know-how and experience in AI use cases for corporates
  • Knowledge of agile and customer-centered working and design methods, including ideation skills, project, and process management skills, and the ability to manage diverse, complex stakeholder setups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage directly with senior clients
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, combined with well-advanced business acumen and judgment, demonstrating the ability to flourish and drive initiatives independently
