Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Client Success team, reporting directly to our senior management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Coordinating the deployment of our data and technology solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborating with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Working with our product management team to shape the evolution of our offering
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, economics, environmental studies)
  • 2-7 years of professional experience in a client-facing function in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial services and consulting industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and quantitative topics to a range of stakeholders
  • Native-speaking level in German and English
  • Strong project management and execution experience
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and mindset
  • Motivation, self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work independently
  • Versatility, able to work on multiple projects under time-constraints
