Role Summary: We are seeking a Thermal Coating Specialist to join our core competence department of thermal coatings. Key responsibilities include preparing and setting up coating, blasting, and washing systems; preparing spray materials and guns; setting up coating parameters and guns according to spreadsheets, drawings, or setup plans; making corrections in NC code for coating control and robots; coating and inspecting workpieces; monitoring machine operations and correcting setting data; clamping and other tasks as necessary; checking parts for dimensional accuracy, condition, and completeness; conducting operating tests; eliminating malfunctions; and performing maintenance and service tasks.
Your Profile: We require someone with completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or comparable experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a skilled metal/sprayer worker is preferred. ETS training is desirable, and good computer skills are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, along with flexibility, teamwork ability, responsible action, reliability, and willingness to work shifts.
