COMOS Architect Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior COMOS Architect to join our global team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our COMOS IT team, you will be responsible for providing support to our helpdesk and implementing COMOS projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in COMOS administration and development, as well as advanced C# and Microsoft .Net Framework knowledge. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are also essential for this role.
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior COMOS Architect, you will work closely with our global COMOS team to provide reliable and cost-efficient PLM IT solutions. You will be involved in the support of our helpdesk and the implementation of COMOS projects, including the transition from cDB to iDB, migration of environments, and harmonization of multiple legacy customizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our COMOS helpdesk team on the L3 level
- Initiate and develop continuous improvement ideas to optimize the user experience
- Initiate and develop concepts to support the seamless integration of COMOS data into our PLM landscape
- Create and present ideas and concepts in internal meetings and decision boards
- Request and maintain IT projects with budget planning and forecasting
- Ensure knowledge sharing and community building across the global PLM team
What You Bring
- At least five years of experience in COMOS administration and development
- Advanced C# and Microsoft .Net Framework knowledge
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Business-fluent English and readiness to travel globally
