Senior Product Designer

At AVIV Group, we are building the foundation to become the leading PropTech platform in Europe. Our internal services connect different product areas and provide the best tooling for our internal departments who interact with customers daily. This includes back-office processes to manage classifieds and leads, client and customer data management, moderation, fraud detection, and client onboarding.
Your Role: As a Senior Product Designer, your daily life consists of creating and communicating ideas based on your deep understanding of customers to help your team focus on the right problem and solution. You will work on strategic projects, from complex problems to simple, usable, and delightful experiences. You will work closely with the platform experience product teams to achieve our Key Results (KRs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across all phases of design work, including research, conceptual foundation, UX flows, visual design systems, prototyping, production-ready designs, usability testing, and supporting multi-disciplinary teams during implementation.
- Adapt processes and methods as necessary to work within a cross-functional team and help your team deliver impactful solutions.
- Bring narrative of customer needs to the cross-functional team with deep collaboration with UX Researchers.
- Work closely with developers to ensure proper integration of solutions.
- Proactively advocate your impact through UX measurement and perform A/B tests with Product Managers and the technical team.
- Contribute to the creation of outstanding experiences, incorporating best practices in UX and creating solid, engaging UX and UI patterns.
- Inspire, push creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry best practices with a strong collaboration with peers in other design teams to contribute to the global design community.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience working with UX, UI, and User Research as a Product Designer or similar UX/UI-focused role where you worked in direct collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders for implementation of designs.
- You are empathetic and collaborative.
- Living a good "product culture," curious, and deep interest for the product strategy.
- You are used to interviewing customers at any stage of the design cycle (interviews, questionnaires, user tests, analysis).
- Experience in defining and working with product metrics with your team.
- You think about interfaces not as static pixels but as dynamic experiences and can express yourself effortlessly with motion, flows, and stories.
- You are inherently focused on the customer's needs, aiming for excellence but challenging the status quo responsibly and finding the middle ground.
- You are comfortable communicating professionally in English as we are an international team.
