Job Title: Director of Luxury Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Director to join our team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our Luxury & Lifestyle Division, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our luxury network in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing support and assistance throughout the lead management process.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry, identifying decision-makers and generating leads.
  • Source, negotiate, and sign management and franchise contracts, developing a growth strategy that balances financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to target specific accounts, generating new business through outbound business development techniques.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current Accor clients, leveraging their testimonials and potential leads.
  • Present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, tracking best practices and monitoring industry trends.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities, working closely with the Accor corporate team to understand company processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in the hotel industry, with a minimum of one year in development.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, real estate, or finance-related areas.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
