Software Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Management Specialist to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany.
About the Role:
- This is a challenging opportunity for a professional with experience in program management and analysis to work with various programs and sub-programs within the Business Operations and Integration Division.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in GFEBS and cProjects, and be able to initiate, track, manage, and approve projects and priorities.
- The selected candidate will work closely with DPW and customers to ensure project status updates and notify them of project releases.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a program analyst responsible for providing professional support to other program analysts within the Business Operations and Integration Division.
- Responsible for various Work Management programs and sub-programs.
- Provides management analysis services to the DPW organization and serves as the BOID point of contact for other units.
- Monitors heating fuel levels and manages heating fuel contracts and/or purchases to ensure uninterrupted heating operations.
- Maintains procurement files, ledgers, and vendor catalogs/brochures.
Requirements:
- E&T Level III A or B: The completed apprenticeship must have been in a commercial, business, or administrative occupation, e.g., Industriekaufmann/frau, Kaufmann/frau im Gross und Einzelhandel, oder in steuer- und wirtschaftsberatenden Berufen, Rechtsanwaltkanzleien, Banken oder Arztpraxen, or training as Personalfachkaufmann/frau with successful IHK (Industrie- und Handelskammer) examination, or similar occupation; PLUS 3 years of job-related experience as defined below.
- E&T Level IV A or D: 2 years of job-related experience as defined below.
- E&T Level V: University or equivalent graduation with major study in a related academic field e.g., Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, or other related academic field; PLUS 1 year of job-related experience as defined below.
- English and German Language Proficiency Level C1 required.
