Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sustainability Reporting Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung von ESG-bezogenen Internen Kontrollsystemen unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickle und implementiere ESG-bezogene Internale Kontrollsysteme für unsere Kunden.
  • Berät unsere Kunden bei der strategischen Zukunftsentwicklung und hilft ihnen, Nachhaltigkeitsberichte zu erstellen.
  • Arbeitest in interdisziplinären Teams und entwickelst Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
  • Unterstützt bei der internen und externen Positionierung der ESG-IKS-Solution.
  • Führst projektbezogene interdisziplinäre Teams und entwickelst diese persönlich und fachlich weiter.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der relevanten Nachhaltigkeitsstandards (CSRD, Taxonomie, Offenlegungsverordnung etc.).
  • Stark ausgeprägtes Prozess- und Kontrollverständnis sowie Kenntnisse in Bankprozessen und Jahresabschlussprozessen.
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung von Finanzunternehmen.
  • Hervorragende analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten.
