Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Dairy Products, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent presentation and cleanliness in the dairy products department.
Key Responsibilities:- Presentation and Merchandising: Ensure that the dairy products department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
- Pricing and Assortment: Maintain accurate pricing and product assortment to meet customer needs and company standards.
- Sales and Customer Service: Provide expert advice and courteous service to customers, promoting sales and driving customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and report any discrepancies to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Cost Control and Sales Development: Monitor and control costs, identify opportunities for sales growth, and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue.
- Commercial Education or Experience: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in retail sales.
- Customer Focus: A passion for customer interaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
